"I booked a baby shower ballon decoration with them via Mr. Kuldeep (don’t know who is Ravi) who was never available on call (the provided number) whenever needed. The price quoted was reasonable but VERY POOR SERVICES. When called at the venue on their time. I keep waiting and no one came, neither responding on call. Irresponsible! The person doesn’t care about the client because on top of it all this, he is saying - “Welcome, Okay ji” as if client don’t matter (attached images) False commitment. Unavailable when needed. Thank god, I didn’t booked an event from them..god knows what happens on the D-day (I keep calling them and no one picks call) seriously?? Highly disappointing. If you don’t want last time headaches, avoid booking from them. NOT RECOMMENDED at all."
